I use the Google stack almost exclusively because it works phenomenally well and is completely free. It also makes integrating everything really simple. Forget everything you’ve heard about GA4 - it’s hugely powerful and a massive upgrade when used correctly!

How does it work?
I’ll create a custom sprint based on your specific needs. Usually the core areas I’ll focus on are:
- Data Collection
Make sure you’re tracking everything properly with advanced tag creation in Google Tag Manager. GA4 works okay out the box but that’s just the basics of what it’s capable of.
- Data Strategy
Work out what you want to track and why. Let’s filter out the noise and identify the metrics that are going to allow us to take meaningful decisions.
- Dashboard Creation
Most dashboards I see are either way over engineered or too vague. I’ll set you up with a system which is simple but effective. I usually use a combination of GA4 explore reports and Google Sheets, but often Looker Studio too.
